The MT503 – Smart Spider is a table-top beamforming speakerphone that can be ceiling mounted and daisy-chained making it ideal for any space. The Smart Spider can be used for video conferencing via USB or as a plug-in device for any “smart” device. Available in two colors, choose the suitable for any professional environment.

The Smart Spider is a high-quality conference speakerphone that will turn any room into a professional conference room. It has an exceptionally large pickup and broadcasting range, yet is small in size and discreet in design. The Smart Spider utilizes multiple microphones, a uniquely designed speaker, and a powerful DSP to achieve commanding performance.

The intuitive and interactive user interface is incorporated through LED lights and discreetly placed throughout the unit. The Spider comes to life when it is in action and displays only the needed functions depending on the specific scenario to provide an easy to use audio solution for your conference room

The USB outlet allows you to connect to a computer for any web conferencing applications, such as Skype for Business, GoToMeeting, etc. The Smart interface on this model allows you to connect to any analog audio device. Included with this model is a 2.5mm to 3.5mm cable adapter that enables you to connect to any smart phone or tablet device, such as iPhone, Android, Blackberry, iPad, Galaxy, etc.

The ability to connect multiple units together to work as a single system. This enables larger coverage and scalability.

Power Daisy Chaining

The ability to connect multiple units together to work as a single system with one power source. This enables larger coverage and scalability.

Dual Connectivity

Offering multiple interfaces in a single product. This feature allows the use of one product in a room that requires multiple connectivity options (audio and video conferencing).

Bridging

The ability to connect two calls from different interfaces simultaneously, making your video conferencing participants able to speak with your audio conferencing participants as well as yourself through your device.

Direction Finding

The ability to recognize the direction of the person speaking in the room.

Beamforming

The ability to steer the directionality of the device’s microphones. Beamforming improves noise and echo cancelling as well as the overall quality of the device’s pickup.  This feature works in conjunction with direction finding.

Power Over Ethernet (POE)

The ability to provide power to the device through the ethernet connection getting rid of the need to use a separate power supply.

USB Power

The ability to provide power to the device through the USB connection getting rid of the need to use a separate power supply.

Ceiling Mountable

The Smart Spider supports a mounting system that allows you to mount units directly to the ceiling.
