PLACING AN ORDER
Call us or use our web site shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to Shopping Cart" button. This will add the item to your shopping cart. You can view and update of your shopping cart at any time by clicking the "View Shopping Cart" button at the top of any page.


PAYMENTS ACCEPTED:

Major Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Paypal: You can select an option of Paying with Paypal in our shopping cart.
Money orders and personal checks or company checks (may take up to 10 days to clear).
Wire Transfer ( Bank Transfer ) Only for the amount over $500. Contact us for the bank details.

WE OFFER A 30-DAY LOW-PRICE GUARANTEE ON ATLONA PRODUCTS:
If you find the same Atlona products elsewhere for less, either on a WEBSITE (eBay auctions excluded) or in a retail store, we will give you 110% of the difference. We are confident that our prices are the lowest!
Note: Company which has the product at a lower price must be an authorized dealer/distributor for the product purchased. If so, then simply contact us via phone or email and we will have the difference credited back to you.

WE OFFER A 30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE:
We offer 30 days satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase for most of the products that we sell unless it is a special order or labor. Shipping is not refundable. If Free Shipping was received, actual shipping amount will be deducted from the return. Before return is placed, RA ( Return Authorization ) number should be obtained via phone or email. Returned products must be in brand new condition with all the accessories and original packaging, otherwise it will be subject to a restocking fee.
Returns must be shipped in a double box to avoid damage by the shipping forwarder, which later may cause deductions.
Products damaged by the customer will be returned back at the customer's expense, with no refund.


OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
AVProSupply must receive all returns within 30 days of the issuance of an RA number. Otherwise, AVProSupply will return the product to you with outbound shipping costs to be paid at your own expense.
All products returned to AVProSupply must be complete and in the original manufacturer's box and packaging, with all peripherals and accessories intact, otherwise it could be sent back or charged an appropriate restocking fee.
Products that are found to be not re-stockable for any reason will be returned to you at your expense (outbound shipping costs). If the product is found to be damaged by your carrier, you will be contacted by customer service representative to make arrangements with your carrier to pick up the product and to file your claim.
An RA number must be obtained before you return a product for any reason. Product received without a valid RA number (such as refused shipments) is subject to a restocking fee of 25 percent of the total credit, above and beyond any other applicable fees, or may be returned to you at your expense. AVProSupply will not be liable for any loss or damage to unauthorized returns.
AVProSupply reserves the right to refuse returns of certain products due to manufacturer restrictions.
AVProSupply must be notified within 30 days from your return authorization date if you have sent us a product and have not received credit. Signed proof of delivery to our facility will be required before we can begin our research. Requests received over 30 days from your return authorization date may cause your credit to be forfeited.


PRICING ERRORS AND OMISSIONS
Due to human/computer error, our site may list an occasional incorrect price. While we make every effort to ensure these mistakes do not happen, AVProSupply cannot honor incorrect prices. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information on our web site. When errors are discovered, we will correct them. Be advised that AVProSupply reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including after an order has been submitted, after it has been confirmed, or after your credit card has been charged. If we discover a pricing error after your credit card has been charged and your order is canceled as a result of the error, your credit card will be refunded back the full amount of your order. You will be notified via email if your order has been canceled and be given the opportunity to place the order at the correct price. Please note that individual bank policies vary when the amount is credited back to your account. Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

FREIGHT DISCREPANCY:
If you have a product that is damaged by a carrier or lost in transit, or you have an incomplete shipment from AVProSUpply, you must contact our Customer Service Department. No matter what the condition of the product, you must sign for the shipment and note any discrepancies/exceptions on the carrier's Delivery Receipt. FAILURE TO NOTE ANY DISCREPANCIES FOR A SHIPMENT MAY CAUSE YOUR CLAIM TO BE DENIED.
Requests to research a Freight Discrepancy must be made within 10 days from the invoice date. If they are requested past 10 days, we will be unable to honor your request. Some carriers limit the time we can report a Freight Claim to them; therefore, some freight issues may have additional time restrictions.
When reporting a discrepancy, you must include the following information:
Sales Order or Invoice Number
Serial Number ( if available )
Product Code
Tracking Number
Quantity Ordered
