The Vaddio WideSHOT™ SE wide angle point of view camera is an impressive HD video camera designed for small or “huddle” type UC conference room applications that support a small group (3 to 4 people) or executive office. Designed for use as a main camera for many UC conferencing platforms, the WideSHOT SE captures full motion, native HD video images with a 111° wide horizontal field of view in a 16:9 HD format. Its fixed lens has a 3x digital zoom mode, and offers manual pan/tilt positioning. The WideSHOT SE offers excellent video quality with resolution up to 1080p/60. The advanced 1/2” CMOS image sensor offers our best low light performance to date, also making it ideal for use in dimly lit auditoriums to capture a wide shot of the audience or stage.

Like the ZoomSHOT™ 20, the WideSHOT SE camera uses the Vaddio EZCamera™ Cat-5 wiring standard for video, power and control. Using the Vaddio HSDS™ (high speed differential signal) video outputs over Cat-5 cable, the WideSHOT SE supplies a wide range of video resolutions that are selectable from the rear panel (from 480p/59.94-YPbPr up to and including 1080p/60). The HSDS processing allows delivery of the WideSHOT’s HD video signals up to 150’ (45.7 m).

Choose between three (3) IR frequencies for the Vaddio Shot Commander IR Remote Commander to allow multiple cameras to be locally IR controlled with a single IR remote control. The WideSHOT SE also has an OSD (on screen display) for easy setup and basic image control that’s accessible with an IR remote.

The WideSHOT SE is sold in packages with the Quick-Connect USB and Quick-Connect USB Mini. The choice of Quick-Connect packages simply makes the WideSHOT camera one of the best values and most versatile wide-angle, point-of view UC Conferencing cameras available today
