The FXD60.2 is a 2-channel networked amplifier designed to deliver distributed audio over Dante and local analog sources. It combines a Class-D amplifier delivering 60W per channel or 120W bridged with an integrated DSP engine for speaker processing. The unit includes a built-in Wi-Fi hotspot for browser-based setup and configuration – no software install required.
Key features include 4×4 Dante I/O for low-latency network audio, balanced Euroblock mic/line inputs, unbalanced RCA inputs, and S/PDIF digital I/O. Onboard DSP provides PEQ, compressor, limiter, FIR filter import, delay, polarity, and crossover settings per channel. The amplifier also supports low-impedance and high-impedance output modes selectable in software.
Performance is engineered for clarity and reliability with Class-D efficiency, >106 dBA SNR, and THD+N under 0.05 percent. Frequency response spans 20 Hz to 20 kHz ±0.5 dB and the amp includes protection for DC fault, overload, short circuit, thermal, and undervoltage conditions. Advanced dynamic power sharing balances available power between channels to support mixed loads.
Connectivity covers Dante over four RJ45 ports, a dedicated Ethernet management port, balanced Euroblock inputs, RCA inputs, dual S/PDIF ports, and Euroblock speaker outputs plus an 8-pin GPIO. Network management is available via Ethernet or the built-in Wi-Fi hotspot and the browser UI supports access from desktop or mobile devices. Front-panel LEDs report amp, input, output, and network status for quick diagnostics.
The FXD60.2 addresses multi-zone music distribution, retail and hospitality audio, paging and background music, and installations that require long-distance audio routing over IP. Its speaker preset library and per-channel speaker processing support mixed speaker types including low-Z and 25/70/100V systems. The device also supports power saver modes and assignable remote control ports for flexible system control.
Installation is simplified by the 1/2 RU compact form factor and lightweight Class-D design, making it easy to mount in racks or hide in non-rack locations. The browser-based UI provides an intuitive signal flow from inputs to zones to outputs, and firmware and preset management are accessible over the network.
