The FXD125.2 is a two-channel installation network amplifier that combines Dante AoIP, integrated DSP, and a built-in Wi-Fi access point. It delivers 125W per channel or 250W bridged and supports both low-impedance and constant-voltage speaker configurations. The compact 1/2 RU chassis makes it easy to mount in equipment racks or conceal in non-rack installations.
Primary features include 4×4 Dante I/O for low-latency audio routing, comprehensive onboard DSP for input/zone/output/speaker processing, and front-panel status LEDs for quick diagnostics. The unit provides balanced Euroblock mic/line inputs plus unbalanced RCA inputs and S/PDIF digital I/O. Advanced power sharing and selectable output modes allow flexible speaker deployments across mixed load types.
Performance is optimized by efficient Class-D amplification, providing a frequency response that spans 20 Hz to 20 kHz and an SNR greater than 106 dBA at 8 ohms. Distortion is rated at 0.05% THD+N and the amplifier includes protections for DC fault, overload, short circuit, thermal events, and undervoltage. The FXD DSP supplies FIR filters, 11-band parametric speaker EQ, crossover, delay, compressor, and limiter functions for precise tuning.
Connectivity covers 4×4 Dante ports plus an RJ45 Ethernet control port and a built-in wireless hotspot for browser-based access. Analog I/O includes removable Euroblock balanced mic/line inputs and multiple RCA line inputs, while speaker outputs and GPIO are provided on Euroblock connectors. The included web UI enables configuration from PCs, tablets, or smartphones without installed software and supports DHCP or static IP setups for wired networks.
The FXD125.2 is suited to multi-zone music distribution, paging and background audio in retail and hospitality, noise masking in offices, and distributed audio in houses of worship and corporate facilities. Its DSP matrix lets integrators route and process up to four zones and configure speaker presets for varied loudspeaker types.
