Description

The Barco PDS-4K is a UHD 4K60 presentation switcher designed to deliver low-latency multi-source video for single or dual-screen installations. It combines HDMI 2.0 and DisplayPort inputs with Event Master Athena scaling to preserve image clarity during live switching.

Six HDMI 2.0 inputs and two DisplayPort 1.2 inputs feed four HDMI outputs plus a preview output, while PiP layers allow two live sources to be shown simultaneously. The unit supports ultralow two-frame latency at 60 Hz and offers a 4-way multiview preview output for source monitoring.

Control options include front-panel mapping, WebUI, Ethernet and compatibility with Event Master toolset and Barco Overture via API. The PDS-4K also supports Dante audio and USB upload of stills and firmware updates, enabling flexible integration and future expandability.
