The PG96330B2 is a 3-phase switched eco PDU designed to provide metered, remotely controllable power distribution for data centers and high-density server racks. It delivers 30 IEC outlets in a 0U rack form factor and includes precise kWh metering to track energy use. The unit is built for continuous operation and efficient power management in professional IT environments.
Key features include an ARM Cortex-A8 processor for flexible control and monitoring, bank-level measurements of current voltage power factor and kWh, and built-in energy-saving relays to reduce overall consumption. The PDU supports outlet-level switching and real-time LCD alerts to notify operators of unusual power conditions. It powers up connected equipment rapidly and is designed to reduce CO2 emissions and electricity costs.
Technically the PG96330B2 accepts 208V 3-phase delta input and supports up to 30A maximum input current with UL derated current values provided. Metering accuracy is specified at ±1% for reliable energy baselining. The unit includes a preinstalled circuit breaker and supports bank-level current voltage PF and kWh monitoring for complete power oversight.
Connectivity options include 1 Gbps and 100 Mbps Ethernet ports, COM and USB interfaces, and an environment sensor RJ-45 port that can daisy-chain up to eight sensors. Remote management is supported via SNMP V1/V2/V3, HTTP/HTTPS, Telnet, Modbus TCP, and other standard protocols. The PDU can be cascaded into networks of up to 64 units and integrates with ATEN eco DC for aggregated DCIM monitoring.
Typical use cases include enterprise server cabinets, network closets, and colocation facilities that require accurate energy metering and remote outlet control. The PDU is suitable for high-density racks where 0U mounting conserves vertical rack space. Its rotatable hot-swappable LCD and color-coded panel stickers help accelerate troubleshooting and feed identification during maintenance operations.
Installation is straightforward with an adjustable 90-degree rotatable power cord and secure locking enhancements to prevent accidental disconnection. The enclosure is engineered for in-rack deployment and the LCD console is hot-swappable for serviceability without powering down loads.
