We’ve been partnered with Hall Research for many years now. Every InfoComm Show with attended, HR is always presenting us with a slew of new products. Once again, we were not disappointed as they introduced to us a new HDMI Multi-Port Sender with HDBaseT, the UHBX-8X. The UHBX-8X is able to convert 8 HDMI inputs to correlative HDBaseT outputs. The converted HDMI signal is able to travel up to 150 meters or 500 feet via a single UTP. The UHBX-8X supports 3D, Deep Color, HDCP, CEC, and 4K Ultra High Definition resolutions.
The UHBX-8X offers RS-232 and ethernet ports for control. Digital Signage Magazine awarded Hall Research’s UHBX-8X “best new products at InfoComm 14”. We are confident integrators also agree with this accolade. Our AVProSupply Team was fortunate enough to catch Hall Research CEO, Ali Haghjoo at the show. We were able to interview him briefly and learn about their new HDMI Multi-Port Sender with HDBaseT.
