Description
The MUSE 218SA is a direct-radiation ground subwoofer featuring two B&C 18″ long-excursion speakers with 100mm voice coils and 4000W Class D amplification, delivering a maximum SPL of 148.5dB. Its bass-reflex cabinet extends energy down to 30Hz, making it ideal for reinforcing the low frequencies of the MUSE 210LN line array in ground-stack configurations. The subwoofer includes presets for cardioid configurations, allowing some units to face rearward, reducing SPL behind the cluster by over 15dB. Designed with BEM-type acoustic simulations, the enclosure minimizes resonance and duct turbulence. It is constructed from 18mm birch plywood, with six handles, scratch-resistant paint, and a reinforced front mesh with protective fabric. Optional 4″ swivel-mount casters are available for easy mobility.
