The WyreStorm EXP-MX-0402-H2 is a 4×2 HDMI matrix switcher that routes four HDMI sources to two displays while supporting 4K60 video and an 18Gbps HDMI backbone. Upgraded to HDCP 2.2, the unit adds built-in output scalers to handle mixed 4K and 1080p displays without compromising source quality.
The EXP-MX-0402-H2 includes analog and digital audio de-embed plus ARC support, offering flexible audio routing to amps, soundbars or AVRs. Control options include front-panel push buttons, IR, CEC triggers and an extensible RS-232 API for advanced integration and troubleshooting.
Designed for residential and light-commercial installs, the EXP-MX-0402-H2 supports HDR formats and modern audio codecs, enabling unified AV distribution with EDID control and timed CEC triggers to manage display and audio behavior.
