Description

The WyreStorm EX-100-KVM-8K is an HDBaseT TX/RX extender pair that carries HDMI 2.1 video and USB 2.0 signals over a single Cat6/6a/7 cable up to 100m, supporting ultra-high resolutions including 8K@30Hz and 4K@120Hz with VESA DSC.

The system includes RS232 pass-through, balanced de-embedded audio via a 5-pin phoenix connector, and one-way Power over Cable (POC) from the receiver to the transmitter to simplify installations.

The EX-100-KVM-8K preserves multichannel HDMI audio and extends USB 2.0 for KVM control of remote hosts, making it suitable for professional AV environments where distance and control are required.
