Description

The Aten CS1942DPA is a 2-port KVMP switch that lets one keyboard and mouse control two DisplayPort computers across a dual-display console while sharing USB peripherals and audio. It consolidates desktop control to reduce cable clutter and simplify multi-system workflows.

This unit supports high-bandwidth video including 8K@60 and high-refresh 4K modes, plus HDR10+ and HD audio capability, enabling color-accurate previews and smooth motion on compatible displays. The device also supports ultra-wide formats such as 5120 × 1440 at 120/144/240 Hz.

Installation is plug-and-play and includes DisplayPort and USB 3.0 cables plus a wired remote port selector for immediate setup. Switching can be performed via pushbutton, hotkeys, mouse, RS-232 commands, or the remote selector to match varied operational preferences.
