The VE8950T is a 4K HDMI over IP transmitter designed to deliver visually lossless video over standard Gigabit networks. It transmits high-resolution HDMI video with ultra-low latency for real-time display synchronization. This product supports daisy chaining and scalable multi-display deployments.
Key features include lightweight compression for ultra-low latency, support for 4K@60Hz 4:2:0 and 4K@30Hz 4:4:4, and ATEN’s EDID Expert to optimize display handshakes. The unit supports point-to-point and multi-point topologies across standard Cat5e/6 cabling up to 100 meters. No dedicated server PC or special software is required for basic operation.
Performance is engineered for professional AV environments and delivers average data rates in the 150-500 Mbps range depending on content. The transmitter is HDCP compatible and supports HDMI 4K formats listed by resolution and chroma subsampling. It consumes DC 5V at 3.3W and operates in typical indoor temperature ranges.
Connectivity options include one HDMI input, one mini stereo audio input, IR control, RS-232 terminal block, and a USB Type B port for peripheral passthrough. Power is supplied via a locking DC jack. The compact metal housing includes mounting brackets for flexible installation.
Typical applications include digital signage networks, conference center multi-display systems, university campus AV distribution, and airport information displays. The VE8950T is effective where large-scale, synchronized 4K content distribution is required. Air shipments, Overnight, 2nd day and 3 day select methods offer guaranteed delivery time for your shipment. If you are in hurry or in need for the items on schedule, select one of these methods. Up-to-date tracking information is provided with each Air Shipment. AVProSupply has the right to choose between Air shipments to meet or reduce delivery time.
