The TR-82N is a compact UHF narrowband 2-channel wireless beltpack designed for professional intercom systems. It provides dual-listen capability so users can monitor two channels simultaneously in separate ears. The unit features an LCD graphical interface and robust metal construction for reliable field use.
Key features include low battery and overmodulation indicators, an RF receiver meter, stage announce activation, and wireless talk around functionality. Individual volume controls allow precise level adjustment for each ear. The auto-sensing headset connector supports both electret and dynamic microphone headsets automatically.
Performance-wise the TR-82N operates on Band A3 narrowband UHF and supports two selectable channels for production and technical communication. It runs on six AA cells with NiMH compatibility and functions across a wide operating temperature range. The LCD GUI and enhanced ClearScan simplify frequency selection and monitoring during live operation.
Connectivity includes detachable antennas and a headset connector that auto-senses microphone type.
