The SWT3-22-HU-WP-T is a wall-plate switcher transmitter that combines HDMI and USB-C AV switching with HDBaseT 3.0 extension. It is designed to accept a DP Alt Mode USB-C source and an HDMI source and route 4K60 4:4:4 video plus USB and control signals to local and remote endpoints. The unit supports simultaneous HDMI and extended HDBaseT outputs for both local display and long-reach distribution.
The switcher provides coupled AV and USB host switching so room and remote USB peripherals such as cameras and microphones can be shared between local and online participants. It supports automatic source switching and K-Pair auto-switching when inputs are connected or disconnected. The device also offers intelligent EDID management for reliable plug-and-play operation.
Video performance includes 18 Gbps total bandwidth with support for 4K@60Hz 4:4:4, HDR, deep color and HDMI 2.0b features. Content protection is HDCP 2.3 compliant and multi-channel digital audio up to 32 channels is supported. Audio can be de-embedded to the balanced stereo analog output for local AV systems.
Connectivity includes one DP Alt Mode PD 3.0 USB-C input, one HDMI input, one HDMI output and one HDBaseT PoE-accepting RJ-45 output that extends signals up to 100 m (330 ft) over twisted pair. Onboard USB hubs expose USB 3.2 hosts and devices and the unit extends USB 2.0 between transmitter and receiver sides. Ethernet (1 Gbps), bidirectional RS-232 and GPIO I/O are also extended.
This wall-plate transmitter is suited for enterprise and education meeting rooms and classrooms where hybrid collaboration is required. It enables BYOD presenters to connect via a single USB-C cable while providing USB, Ethernet and up to 60 W PD charging to the host device. Typical uses include huddle rooms, training rooms and boardrooms where local AV and remote conferencing must operate together.
The compact WW 2-gang aluminum enclosure fits standard in-wall boxes and supports neat installation behind decorator wall plates. Local control is available via panel buttons and LEDs while remote management is supported through an embedded web page and IP control. The unit ships with fan ventilation and is certified to common safety and environmental standards for reliable deployments.
