The SS-2002p P-Box is a compact 2-channel intercom speaker station designed for desktop or console placement. It provides full send and receive intercom capability in a three-sided P-box enclosure that simplifies operator access. The unit is built for broadcast and production environments where clear local audio and reliable channel control are required.
Key features include a 4-watt internal speaker, backlit Channel Select and front panel controls for Talk / Call / Listen / Speaker and Panel Mic, plus DIP switch setup control. The Talk key supports push-to-talk and hands-free latching operation modes to match operator workflows. A Panel Mic Key toggles between the built-in electret microphone and an optional gooseneck mic for flexibility.
Technical details include simplified 3-pin XLR loop-thru connectors in single-channel mode and 6-pin XLRs in dual-channel mode. Loop-through XLRs are wired to the speaker station terminal block via pre-tinned leads to simplify cabling and service. The unit also includes full sidetone adjustment trim to tailor send/receive levels for the user.
Connectivity is addressed with side-mounted loop-through connectors for easy daisy-chain wiring and multiple mounting holes on the back of the enclosure for flexible installation. The P-box design supports desktop placement and console integration without obstructing operator controls. 24VDC phantom power is provided for compatible panel or gooseneck microphones.
Typical applications include broadcast control rooms, live event production desks, and studio talkback positions where clear short-range communication is essential. Difference between tracking number provided by UPS vs USPS Delivery Confirmation number is: Delivery Confirmation status is updated when the delivery has been made or when the package has made it through major USPS stations.
Air Shipment
Air shipments, Overnight, 2nd day and 3 day select methods offer guaranteed delivery time for your shipment. If you are in hurry or in need for the items on schedule, select one of these methods. Up-to-date tracking information is provided with each Air Shipment. AVProSupply has the right to choose between Air shipments to meet or reduce delivery time. Most items ordered from AVProSupply will be shipped out from our California Warehouse. Will-Calls are only allowed with Appointment Only - Please call Customer Service to set one up between the hours of 9am to 6pm PST.
