The PT-101H2 is an HDMI repeater designed to extend and regenerate HDMI video signals – it supports up to 4K@60Hz 4:4:4 and maintains signal integrity over extended cable runs. This compact unit rebuilds incoming HDMI data and forwards a clean output to downstream devices. It is intended for installations that require preserving high-resolution video and full color sampling across longer distances than standard HDMI cables allow.
The unit features HDMI 2.0 compatibility and supports HDCP 2.2 – ensuring content protection compliance for modern 4K sources and sinks. It implements Kramer signal equalization and re-clocking technology to restore degraded HDMI signals and reduce bit errors. The device supports a maximum data rate of 17.82Gbps (5.94Gbps per channel) to accommodate high-bandwidth formats.
Performance specifications include support for up to 4K@60Hz 4:4:4 and practical extension ranges: up to 10m (33ft) for 4K@60Hz (5m input + 5m output) and up to 20m (66ft) for 4K@30Hz (15m input + 5m output).
