The IPEL-E80F-IRB3 is an 8MP IP eyeball dome camera designed for indoor and outdoor surveillance. It delivers 4K UHD resolution using a Starlight sensor to capture color video in very low light. The compact factory black housing and included color-matched mounting accessories simplify discreet installations.
This camera provides AI-enhanced detection with Intelligent Motion Detect 2.0 and perimeter protection for reliable tripwire and intrusion alerts. Dual SmartIR LEDs provide grayscale illumination to approximately 98.4 ft when needed and a built-in microphone captures audio. Three customizable streams support H.264 and H.265 codecs for scalable bandwidth and storage management.
Key performance specifications include a 1/2.8 inch 8 megapixel progressive CMOS sensor and 3840 × 2160 effective pixels. The unit supports 120 dB WDR, 3D DNR noise reduction, and a minimum illumination of 0.007 lux color and 0.0007 lux B/W. Frame rates reach 3840 × 2160 at up to 25/30 fps on the main stream and Smart H.265+ reduces storage usage on compatible NVRs.
Connectivity options include RJ45 10/100Base-T Ethernet with PoE 802.3af support and a DC12V input for non-PoE installations. The camera supports ONVIF profiles S/G/T, FTP/SFTP, NAS, and Micro SD storage up to 256 GB for edge recording. Management is available via SmartICRSS, DSS, web browsers, and iOS/Android apps for broad compatibility.
This eyeball dome is rated IP67 for outdoor durability and operates from -40°F to +140°F, suitable for extreme environments.
