The IPEG-E40F-IRW3 is a 4MP IP eyeball dome camera engineered to capture detailed 2688 x 1520 video at up to 30fps. It combines a 1/2.9 inch CMOS sensor and a fixed 2.8mm lens to deliver a wide 95deg horizontal field of view and consistent image quality. The camera is designed for both indoor and outdoor applications where clear day/night video and reliable operation are required.
Key features include Smart IR illumination rated to 98ft, 120dB Wide Dynamic Range and backlight compensation, and 3D noise reduction for improved low-light performance. H.265 and H.264 encoding options reduce bandwidth while maintaining image fidelity. Intelligent Motion Detection and Perimeter Protection tools help filter alarms by human or vehicle classification when integrated with compatible NVR systems.
On the performance side, the camera supports main-stream 2688 x 1520 recording and dual-streaming, with bit rate control via CBR or VBR and H.265 rates down to 12 kbps. Day/night operation is handled via an automatic ICR and Smart IR for zero-lux black and white imaging when required. DORI ranges are provided for Detect 208ft, Observe 83ft, Recognize 41ft, and Identify 20ft to help plan deployments.
Connectivity options include Power over Ethernet (802.3af) or 12 VDC, an RJ-45 10/100Base-T network port, and edge storage via microSD up to 256GB or FTP/SFTP. The camera is ONVIF Profile S/G/T compliant and works with IC Now desktop management and IC View+ mobile apps for iOS and Android. Web access is supported from mainstream browsers and integration is available through CGI and common network protocols.
Typical applications include perimeter and entrance monitoring, retail floor coverage, and small to medium outdoor sites where discreet fixed-angle surveillance is needed.
