Description

The ICW-6 is a window-mount full duplex intercom system designed for secure ticket windows and controlled access points. It provides clear two-way voice communication between staff and the public and is engineered for continuous, maintenance-free operation. The unit is housed in a rugged polycarbonate enclosure that resists impact and environmental wear.

Key features include full-duplex audio, enhanced VOX (voice threshold level activation) circuitry, and unique audio-shaping that improves speech intelligibility. The system supports hands-free operation via either a gooseneck microphone or a headset, allowing staff to handle transactions while maintaining clear communication. Internal microphone threshold adjustments permit fine tuning of sensitivity to local noise conditions.
