The HDEG-B80F-DI-M1 is an 8MP 4K bullet camera engineered for reliable indoor and outdoor surveillance. It captures 3840 x 2160 resolution video and provides clear imagery across varied lighting conditions. This camera integrates advanced imaging technologies to deliver usable evidence-grade footage.
Key features include 120 dB true Wide Dynamic Range (WDR) and 3D Noise Reduction (3DNR) to preserve detail in scenes with mixed lighting. The unit uses Smart Dual Illumination – IR mode for covert night operation and white-light activation for full-color night imaging when activity is detected. Super Adapt technology optimizes image settings automatically to match the environment.
Imaging hardware consists of a 4K CMOS sensor, a fixed 2.8 mm M12 lens with F2.0 aperture and a horizontal field of view of 106 degrees. Minimum illumination is 0.01 lux in color and 0.001 lux in black and white, and built-in illuminators extend usable coverage to approximately 131 ft (40 m). DORI ranges are provided for planning detection and identification distances.
Video output is multi-format and selectable via OSD: AVS/CVBS/AHD/TVI to ensure compatibility with a wide range of coaxial recorders. A single BNC connector carries video and a built-in microphone provides local audio capture. The camera operates on DC 12V ±30% and draws a maximum of 5.7 W when the illuminators are active.
The housing combines a metal front cover, plastic rear cap and metal mounting bracket and is rated IP67 for dust and water resistance. Operating temperature range spans -40 F to +140 F (-40 C to +60 C) for reliable outdoor deployment. The camera includes firmware-level integration notes such as Smart Dual Illumination support requiring compatible HDVR firmware.
