The AVoIP Manager is an on-premises AV-over-IP management appliance designed to centralize device configuration and control. It provides a browser-based web UI that simplifies discovery, monitoring, and routing of AVoIP endpoints. This product is built to deliver secure local control and reduce dependence on cloud services.
The platform includes automatic device discovery, real-time health and status monitoring, and flexible routing management to assign sources to destinations quickly. Routing presets and a grid/mosaic video wall editor enable fast recall of common layouts and multi-screen presentations. KVM configuration and activation let operators control remote endpoints and manage inputs efficiently.
Hardware specifications include an Intel N100 processor, 16GB DDR4 memory, and a 128GB SSD for local storage and system responsiveness. The AVoIP Manager supports up to 4K output over HDMI 2.0 and runs on a Linux OS to ensure stable operation. Networking includes Gigabit Ethernet plus Wi-Fi 802.11ac dual-band and Bluetooth for diverse deployment options.
Connectivity options include an RJ-45 Ethernet port, three USB 3.0 Type-A ports, and one HDMI 2.0 output for local monitoring. The open API provides integration with Kramer Control or third-party control systems and enables VSM cloud management where required. Standard control and logging features capture event history and diagnostics to assist in troubleshooting and maintenance.
Typical deployments include command and control centers, corporate boardrooms, and educational campuses where centralized AV-over-IP management is required. The system scales from small installations to larger AV virtual matrix deployments and supports structured device grouping for logical operations. Video wall editing and KVM switching streamline operator workflows and reduce configuration time during events.
Installation is straightforward with a compact, fan-cooled aluminum enclosure and Kensington lock for physical security. The unit operates from a 12V DC power source and includes a power adapter for immediate setup. Difference between tracking number provided by UPS vs USPS Delivery Confirmation number is: Delivery Confirmation status is updated when the delivery has been made or when the package has made it through major USPS stations.
Air Shipment
Air shipments, Overnight, 2nd day and 3 day select methods offer guaranteed delivery time for your shipment. If you are in hurry or in need for the items on schedule, select one of these methods. Up-to-date tracking information is provided with each Air Shipment. AVProSupply has the right to choose between Air shipments to meet or reduce delivery time. Most items ordered from AVProSupply will be shipped out from our California Warehouse. Will-Calls are only allowed with Appointment Only - Please call Customer Service to set one up between the hours of 9am to 6pm PST.
