3 inch Passive 2-Way All Weather Speaker (Pair)

The AW Series are made for both indoor and outdoor wall-mount applications.

Both dust and water-resistant, they are ideal for BGM use in bar/restaurants (including patios), Paging and BGM for retail stores, distributed audio in HoW, schools, sports/health clubs and public spaces. Highly efficient and durable, they complete the total Ashly solution when combined with Ashly’s DSP and DSP-enable amplifiers for the widest, most consistent coverage available in a small speaker. The AW Series is available in four model sizes: AW-2.1P 2.5” Full-range 8Ω speaker IP52 rated. AW-3.2P 3” 2-Way 8Ω speaker, IP-52 rated. AW-5.2T5” 2-Way speaker w/Transformer, IP54 rated. AW-8.2T 8” 2-Way speaker w/Transformer, IP54 rated. Where extended low-frequency response is required, add the SP-12.1P 12” Subwoofer for full-range applications like DJ or Live Music Performance. Directivity Optimized Cross-over DSP presets available for Protea & AquaControl-enabled amps & processors. Wall-mounting hardware is supplied, All models are sold in pairs.

AW-3.2P All-Weather Surface-mount Speaker Architect & Engineering Specs

The speaker shall be a passive 2-way design comprised of a single 3.5" Low-frequency driver and 1" PEI tweeter housed in a ABS enclosure with a steel grille. It shall have an IP52 rating for use in outdoor, as well as indoor installations. It shall measure 5.51" x 7.64" x 5.39" with a net weight of 2.53 lbs.

The rear connection shall be a 2-pole removeable Euroblock. The supplied high-impact plastic bracket shall be designed for wall-mounting and shall have both horizontal and vertical adjustment with notched positions and a locking screw.The mount will also come equipped with a steel safety cable.

The speaker shall have a frequency response of 100Hz~19KHz (-10dB)*, power-handling of 45W @ 8 Ohms and a sensitivity of 85dB (1W@1m)*. It shall have a horizontal dispersion of 155 degrees and a vertical dispersion of 135 degrees. The cross-over shall be a Directivity Optimized Crossover tuned to 1,200Hz and a HP/LP slope of 12dB/Oct

The speaker shall be compatible with custom DSP presets for frequency response optimization when used with Ashly Protea or AquaControl-equipped devices.

The speaker shall be black in color and sold in pairs with supplied mounts.
